Xiaomi Phone Engineering Prototype Review, Camera Tests

Xiaomi phone Review continue, here comes the camera samples and camcorder stream samples.

Xiaomi phone equip a 800-mega-pixel AF camera, support 720p camcorder, they always talking about the F2.4 aperture, but I don’t think that the photo quality will better than a ordinary DC 😉 .

The camera application have many functions for taking pictures in different environments, include: auto, sports, vertical, horizontal, night, night portrait, theater, beach, snow, sunset, image stabilization, fireworks, sports, party, candlelight, backlight, flowers. You can adjust the ISO value from 100 to 1600, about the focus mode, Xiaomi phone support auto, normal, infinity, macro and continuous focusing, as MIUI base on CM7, Xiaomi phone support touch to focus feature. In white balance menu, four options: auto, daylight, cloudy, incandescent, and fluorescent. There are some advance options like metering Mode, focus area, even the lens hood 😮 appear in the setting menu. Sounds like the Xiaomi phone is a professional camera. Well, let’s see the samples.

Now we have another two camera samples, thoes are came from the Sina weibo, it outdoor photos, sorry I can’t get the original pictures, so just take a look, some say the camera will be improved in this serval months until the official Xiaomi phone be sale on market.
