DSI-fix module test version V2.41, updated on Aug 14

Nadlabak just put a new DSI-fix module down link on IRC mod-milestone channel last night, it is a test version, if someone want to have a try, here is the download link:

return back to ‘error recovery scheduling’ variant and succeed to solve the dss power domain not entering the target state when suspending after error recovery happened — by Nadlabak

I think it should be the last verson of the DSI-fix module, all problem solved, no suspend issue, and no DSI error, no any side effect.

What is the DSI False Control error?
Motorola Milestone A853 official froyo(Android 2.2) kernel, version 2.6.32, has the DSI(Display Serial Interface) error bug, you can see those error message by running the dmesg command:

it usually make the phone display freeze, sometimes make the phone system reboot, it is caused by the occasionally kernel panic when the DSI error occurred.

What is DSI-fix module ?
DSI-fix module is a kernel patch fix for the DSI false control error, avoid the DSI error occurred, it works in CyanogenMod 7 for Milestone A853 (CM7), with this module, no more screen freeze or phone automatic reboot. It is under testing for some improvement.
